Breath of Life, Original Watercolour

I was so captured by the beautiful image of a sea turtle popping up its head to take a breath. The sea turtle is so symbolic of the oceans and our need to protect them. I was also challenged to capture as much realism as possible. Thank you to Bernard Spragg for sharing his reference photograph.
